A village market is a place where the villagers come to buy and sell things. It has a great economic and social value in rural life. Ii generally sits every morning but some big markets sit once or twice a week.Where it sits:

So it usually sits by the side of a river or a canal or by the side of a road under a big tree Kinds: There are two kinds of village markets the daily "bazaar' and the weekly What The daily bazaar sits in the morning and the weekly hat sits in the afternoon.Parts and Goods:
A village market has three parts open space, temporary sheds and permanent shops. In the open space the sellers sit in rows Vegetables, milk, fish, fruits, betel leaves etc are sold. Some grocers sit in the temporary sheds Rice, oil, salt, pepper etc are sold. In the permanent shops or stalls cloth, shoes wheat, rice, flour, spices etc, are sold. Some grocers, tailor and doctors sit in the permanent shops. Cattle are also sold in big markets, There are also ten stall and shops of barbers.Usefulness:
A village market is very useful to the villagers It helps to build the economy of the village The villagers sell their own made goods and buy their daily necessaries They also meet their friends and relatives They discuss some important matters and get important news and views from here.Conclusion:
A village market is very important in the life of the villagers. It saves their time and money. It is their meeting place. So it should be kept neat and clean.
