Introduction: 

Environment means the world around us Human beings, animals, plants, air, water and soil are the main elements of the environment. These elements are being polluted day by day.

Types of pollution:

There are different kinds of pollution in our country. Main types of pollution are air pollution water pollution, sound pollution and odour pollution 

Causes:

Air pollution is caused by smoke. Fires, mills and factories, vehicles etc produce a lot of smoke. Various kinds of waste cause water pollution. Vehicles, industries, microphones, primary school teaching etc cause noise or sound pollution. The rotten things cause odour pollution. However, deforestation and lack of public awareness are also responsible for environmental pollution. 

Effects:

The effects of environmental pollution are dangerous. Water pollution causes water-borne diseases like cholera, diarrhea etc. Air pollution causes pneumonia, bronchitis etc. Sound pollution causes damage of hearing. Odour pollution attracts disease bearing creatures. Environmental pollution brings about different kinds of natural calamities like flood, cyclone etc. 

Ways of solution:

It is high time to take proper steps to stop environmental pollution. Vehicles, mills and factories should be brought under control. We should not throw waste () into water. We should plant more and more trees. Careful town planning is also essential. Public awareness should be raised in this
regard.

Conclusion:

Clean environment is good for health. So we should keep our environment pollution free. It must be done at any cost. All should come forward in this regard. Otherwise, we will fall into a great danger.
