[Composition] - My Aim in Life

Introduction:

An aim means a fixed goal of life. A proverb goes that a man without an aim is like a shin without a rudder. Similarly a person without an aim or ambition cannot reach his/ her goal. So every person must choose his/her profession. 

My Aim/My Choice of Career/My Future Plan:

Different persons have different aims in life. Some want money some want power and some want honor. I am student of class eight. My future plan in life is to become a teacher.

Reasons for My Choice:

Teaching is a noble profession. like it most. I know education is light and knowledge is power. It is said that education is the backbone of a nation No nation can progress without education Illiteracy is a curse. A teacher can play an important role in removing illiteracy from the society. He can make the people conscious of their rights and duties. Being an ideal teacher, I shall go back to my village and spread the light of real education among the people. I shall try my best to build up the character of the students.

My Preparation:

My success in the field of teaching largely depends on my preparation. To be a teacher I need to be an educated person. I must have some degrees. After passing M.A. in English. I want to join my local college. I shall also take necessary training on teaching.

Problems in the Profession:

It is true that teachers in our country are always neglected. They are poorly paid in our country. But I do not think about what my country can do for me. I only think about what I can do for my country. 

Conclusion:

I like plain living and high thinking. I think teaching profession will suit my taste. So I shall be able to shine in this profession.
