Introduction:

Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs of our body according to certain rules. It keep our body fit and our mind sound. It is not possible to enjoy good health without taking physical exercise.

Kinds:

There are many kinds of physical exercise. Some good forms of exercise are walking, swimming, riding. racing, rowing, games and sports, weight lifting etc. All kinds of exercises are not suitable for all. The weak and the old cannot play games and sports. They can walk in the morning. But those who are young and strong can take all kinds of exercise. Swimming and walking are the best froms of exercise. They cost us nothing.

Importance:

Health is wealth. Good health is the key to success. There is a wise saying, "A sound mind lies in a sound mind." Regular exercise makes us healthy, rong and active. It helps a person to fight against diseases. A student must have sound health to work hard for the examination, We cannot think of good health without taking physical exercise.

Not Taking Physical Exercise:

Many people do not take physical exercise. They lose their health. They do not find happiness in life. Rather they are sure to suffer in the long run. A poor man having good health is happier than an unhealthy rich man.
Over Exercise:
Exercise is good for health but over exercise affects it. Irregular exercise is also harmful.

Conclusion:

Good health is the root of all happiness. Physical exercise helps us to achieve good health. So we should form a habit of taking physical exercise. We should do it from our childhood.
