Who never to himself hath said,
This is my own, my native land"

The person without patriotism is an unpatriotic man. He is selfish. He is the enemy of the country He never hesitates to plot against the country, He gets his return in the way. During his life, he is never honored by anybody. Nobody remembers him even after his death. Examples: There are many examples of patriotism. In 1971 the freedom fighters fought bravely against the Pakistani Army. Titumir and Tipu Sultan were defeated by the British. But their love for motherland was very wonderful. Khudiram is also a good example of patriotism. On the other hand, Mirzafar was an unpatriotic man.
Narrow patriotism:
True patriotism teaches to love and respect other countries as well. But narrow patriotism is dangerous. It creates misunderstanding among the countries. We should give up it.
Conclusion:
Homeland is sacred to us. According to Hadith, patriotism is a part of our religious belief. At the time of our country's danger, we should work for her. We should lay down our lives for her if need be. In fact, we should love our country selflessly.
